Job Description:
Responsible for managing communication with clients seeking domestic worker recruitment services, providing clear explanations of recruitment services and available options, connecting clients with approved international recruitment agencies, and following up on the application process from the initial agreement until completion, ensuring an excellent customer experience and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive clients and identify their needs and requirements related to recruitment services.
- Determine client requirements, including nationality, experience, skills, and required worker specifications.
- Present suitable recruitment options and available offers from international recruitment partners.
- Follow up with clients and manage communication until the agreement and contract are completed.
- Coordinate continuously between clients and the international recruitment team to ensure smooth and accurate procedures.
- Monitor application status and resolve challenges or client concerns throughout the recruitment process.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Achieve sales targets and prepare reports related to clients and applications.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
