Role Description
Full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh at Enmar Marketing & sales Solutions The specialist is responsible for identifying potential clients, presenting company creative solutions, and managing full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client meetings, preparing proposals , coordinating with internal teams.
The role also involves training to clients on how to maximize results, and ensuring a high standard of customer service and professional communication. The specialist is expected to meet sales targets, maintain accurate records in the CRM system, and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes.
Core Responsibilities
Lead Generation and identifying potential customers through cold outreach, networking, and market research.
Consultative Selling by Demonstrating services features and explaining how they solve the client's needs
Closing Deals and negotiating pricing, handling objections, and finalizing contracts.
Accounts Management and maintaining relationships to ensure customer satisfaction, generate repeat business, and manage invoicing.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
Candidates should possess solid Sales skills and the ability to manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing.
Candidates should possess comprehensive Product Knowledge to explain services offerings clearly and align them with client needs.
Candidates should possess Training skills to educate clients and team members on company solutions and best practices.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with proficiency in using CRM and basic office software.
