该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述: HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT The Manager Brand Operations plays a critical role in protecting and strengthening the integrity, performance, and brand health of Hilton’s portfolio across the region. This role blends APAC Renovation Management with supporting Hilton’s in-region brand standards governance, and supporting our Quality Assurance program, to ensure consistent execution of brand expectations. The position primarily supports and facilitates product improvement initiatives while working closely with hotel leadership, Hilton’s Architecture and Design teams, and regional Brand Support teams. Furthermore, it supports our Quality Assurance audit efforts, brand health measurement frameworks. Your role is important, and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique. What your day-to-day will be like:
Product Improvement & Lifecycle Support
- Coordinate and track Product Improvement Plans (PIPs) and renovation cycles, ensuring alignment to Brand and Development guidelines.
- Partner with Architecture, Design & Construction (AD&C) to drive lifecycle compliance and resolve roadblocks.
- Engage owners and operators to align product quality execution, timelines, and required deliverables.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date renovation and compliance information in the designated systems of record. Brand Operations
- Analyze QA and brand performance data to surface portfolio trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reporting templates, and processes that support brand health decisions.
- Maintain brand standards documentation and supporting audit tools (e.g., checklists, compliance materials). Quality Assurance & Brand Compliance
- Review audit findings with GMs and property leaders to confirm understanding, ownership, and follow-up actions.
- Support hotel openings and brand conversions on brand compliance initiatives through readiness checks and guidance.
- Respond to internal inquiries from key stakeholders (GMs, auditors, Brand, and Architecture/Design & Construction) in writing and verbally.
- Conduct consistency and benchmarking exercises; As needed, support on-property or virtual renovation scoping or brand standards evaluations.
How you will collaborate with others:
- Participate in cross-functional projects, APAC-wide initiatives, and calibration activities.
- Prepare stakeholder communications, presentations, and meetings as required.
- Manage audit schedules for audit partners, travel planning, and project timelines.
- Balance field execution, office responsibilities, and remote work as required. 任职要求: WHY YOU’LL BE A GREAT FIT Minimum Qualifications and Competencies: Proficiency in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken) at a business level 3 to 5 years of cross-departmental management experience Comprehensive knowledge of hotel operations and adherence to brand standards Willingness and ability to travel domestically within China, and regionally within APAC, up to 60% Demonstrated expertise in project management and multitasking Exceptional organizational skills, self-motivation, and strong orientation toward meeting deadlines Exercising professional discretion and maintaining confidentiality when managing sensitive information Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience at the Hotel Executive Committee level
- Background in corporate or above-property hospitality operations
- Exposure to stakeholder management
- Experience in renovations, asset management, or quality assurance frameworks
- Fluency in additional languages
