We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager in our Creative & Design department. This full-time position is based in Gurugram and is ideal for someone with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
As a Senior Manager, you will lead a team responsible for graphic design, visual communication, packaging design, and branding. You will oversee daily graphic design projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the consistency and quality of all design deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
Responsible for the New Product Development (NPD) Infographics and Revamp of Website and Marketplace Listing Designs.- Creation of Performance Videos.- Advance Packaging & Artwork Designs.- Ideation and Execution of Campaigns.- Managing of Team KRAs and Scorecards.- Establishment and implementation of a streamlined design process to enhance creative and design flow.- Continuous innovation in crafting latest trending video and ad formats
Desired Profile
Graphic Design, Graphics, and Visual Communication skills plus 3D and animation- Experience in packaging design and branding- Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, 3DS and Auto Desk.- Strong artistic and creative ability- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics- Excellent communication and collaboration skills- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines- Experience in the beauty or fashion industry is a plus
Education
Graduation with relevant experience- Professional courses in graphic designing is a plus
Working Conditions
Environment: Office setting- Full-time position, Monday to Friday
