3D CLO Specialist — Spirit Jersey®
Spirit Jersey®, the iconic lifestyle apparel brand known for blending comfort, nostalgia, and innovation, is looking for a 3D CLO Specialist to join our creative team. As we scale our design and production capabilities, 3D is becoming a core part of how we bring our storytelling to life. This role will be instrumental in building out our digital design pipeline and helping us move faster from concept to reality.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the creation of highly accurate 3D garments in CLO, including our signature oversized silhouette, licensed collaborations, and new category expansions.
- Work closely with Design, Merchandising, and Production teams to visualize new collections in 3D before sampling.
- Build and maintain CLO asset libraries (blocks, trims, fabrics, graphics, print placements, etc.) for streamlined design.
- Collaborate with marketing to generate 3D visuals for presentations, line sheets, campaigns, and digital showrooms.
- Partner with tech design to ensure fit, proportion, and construction accuracy in CLO files.
- Support the rollout of CLO across the organization by sharing best practices and workflows.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years’ experience working in CLO 3D (fashion/apparel industry required).
- A deep understanding of garment construction and pattern making, ideally for knits, fleece, or lifestyle apparel.
- Strong skills in rendering, fabric simulation, and print placement.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, highly creative environment.
- A collaborative mindset, someone who can help bring the wider team along the 3D journey.
