PatBO, a global high-end luxury brand present in NYFW and currently is expanding its distribution footprint in the EMEA regions is seeking aSenior Account Executiveideally based out ofMilan, Italy(candidates based inSpain or Francewill be considered as well). This dynamic role within our team requires a confident and flexible individual with keen attention to detail who is passionate about luxury fashion. The role involves managing existing wholesale clients in the EMEA region, driving organic sales growth, and prospecting new business. A successful candidate will have a history of working in the fashion industry in the EMEA market with department stores, e-tailers, and independent retailers.

About The Role

Given the eclectic dynamic of selling directly to stores and through distributors in the regions, the ideal candidate is an impeccable multi-tasker with elevated organizational skills, and a results-driven individual with experience in the wholesale fashion industry.

This person will be responsible for managing various accounts, and will have to develop and execute plans to open new accounts and increase share of wallet. 360-marketing activations are expected to launch and develop the brand across key regions, therefore, full understanding of client needs and market dynamics are a must.

Strategize

Partner with the Sales Director to devise and implement EMEA sales strategy in alignment with the company’s vision and goals;

Oversee sales forecasting, financial reporting, and regular reviewing to achieve or surpass targets;

Identify and capitalize on commercial growth opportunities for the brand;

Manage research and development of suitable accounts for the EMEA region;

Monitor and improve sales performance and influence merchandising and visual merchandising;

Deliver regular merchandising feedback to headquarters to create a suitable product mix and merchandising strategy/pricing structure;

Continuously review competitor activity and stay updated on market trends;

Account Management

Serve as a key contact for existing wholesale partners, nurturing relationships and ensuring excellent communication;

Develop and implement a sales plan for all major accounts;

Regularly review, analyze and provide feedback on sales activity, market demands and customer perception;

Conduct product training with commercial partners and team;

Develop strong relationships with personal shopping teams and sales staff;

Work closely with the PR & Marketing department and external press agencies to raise brand profile and maximize PR opportunities with key accounts;

Monitor shipping to achieve monthly shipping goals and ensure quick time to market to improve sales performance;

Assist with accounts receivables and proactively communicate with late or delinquent accounts;

Market

Collaborate with the Wholesale Assistant to schedule market appointments and manage the calendar;

Coordinate Paris market activities, including appointment bookings, sample movements, and showroom preparation;

Provide regular updates on account reporting for market appointments;

Ensure submitted orders align with the wholesale strategy, brand representation regarding product assortment and positioning, and sales targets.
