We’re seeking an Account Executive with Amazon or marketplace experience to own the Amazon Vendor relationship for our growing intimates business! They will work closely with internal Basic Resources teams as well as Amazon’s teams. This Account Executive will be responsible for assortment strategy, new item setup, maintenance, content, and reporting.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for internal seasonal sell-in to AMZ assortment (with partnership from planning and leadership)

Responsible for placing seasonal fashion buys (partnering with fellow Account Executives during market timeframes)

Partner with Vice President of Sales and planning to execute deals

Communicate best sellers/slow sellers and provide recommendations to drive business forward

Own Amazon Vendor Relationship: communicate directly with AMZ vendor manager on all aspects of business; Ex. Promotional strategy, product whitespace, growth opportunities, po maintenance

Partner with Marketing Team on Paid Performance Campaign

Communicate new launches, business objectives, sales trend and goals for the year

Weekly sales and order reporting

Post-Deal analysis and reporting (Prime Day, Prime Exclusive, T5 and all deals)

Partner with internal cross-functional partners: Planning, Marketing, Operations, Warehouse

Own NIS (New Item Setup) process, populating all PDP-related datapoints (F&B, fabric, style-numbers, images etc.) in order to generate ASINs

Monitor startup PO cadence to ensure initial orders are filled once inventory arrives

Partner with creative team/studio + fellow account executives on upcoming PDP shot needs (mainly AMZ exclusives not already requested by other accounts)

Work with AMZ “Brand Concierge” on PDP updates

Work with Marketing teams on style information and ASIN lists

Transmit updated ASIN lists to Performance marketing agency (Channel Bakers) and Amazon Advertising as campaigns and strategies adjust

Audit existing PDP catalog for consistent CX (identifying orphaned styles, broken pages, image issues/other errors affecting conversion)

Communicate issues with Amazon “Brand Concierge” and establish timelines for resolution

Review and respond to daily automated “Andon cord” issues related to consumer returns, product complaints that would remove PDP listings if not addressed

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree preferred

3-5 years of relevant experience

Amazon or marketplace Sales experience

Understanding of Amazon systems and language preferred

Strong Excel abilities

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Decision making skills and resourcefulness

Annual salary range: $90,000 – $100,000
