An exciting opportunity exists to join our Wholesale team in NYHO as an Account Executive, Digital & Central / South America.

This position is responsible for managing the specialties stores network within Central and South Americas as well as Digital partners in the US (Shopbop, Revolve, Moda, Forward, Ssense) Responsible for the day-to-day management and account relationships of those accounts.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to;

Sales

Manage the partners sales and relationship for all brand divisions; RTW, Swim, Accessories and Kids

When required, travel in the different countries across Central and South Americas to visit clients, check the distribution and prospect new clients, perform duties including but not limited to; staff training, product knowledge clinics, visual merchandising and general sales support.

Maintain and cultivate strong relationships with existing & new accounts.

Strategize with Global VP wholesale to maximize sales growth and development opportunities.

Work closely with buyers to ensure seasonal assortment best represents Zimmermann, as well as maximizing sales

Work closely with VM coordinator to ensure the best presentation of the brand when required.

Collaborate with other AEs on sample management in season.

Work closely with Planner to ensure good monitoring of in season performance and decide potential action needed to maximize sales and lower risks.

Work closely with the Operations and Account receivable team to ensure deliveries and payment are received in due time.

In showroom, collaborate with the different BAs and sales people to ensure the bestselling experience to clients.

Post market follow up: Monitor order entry & Check Ocs.

Manage accurate weekly, monthly and seasonal selling reports as well as distribute on a weekly basis to all relevant parties for Department stores without staff.

Analysis, research and reporting

Collaborate with VP of Global wholesale to accurately project sales by season, by account

Research, prospect and contact potential accounts

Travel and expense reporting

Prepare End of Season sales reports by region/product (hindsight report)

Sales support

Joor order management

Follow Company Order processing policy

WHS

Skills and Specifications

Previous experience working with US department stores

5+ years’ in account management roles within Wholesale

A thorough knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word and, MS Power-point

Preferably have experience with a fashion company management system like AP21

Outstanding written and oral communication skills

Superior business and negotiation skills

Willingness to travel

Have a proven track record in sales

Excellent communication skills
