Mode Search has partnered with a global fashion wholesale agency in their search for a Womenswear Account Executive.
This role offers hybrid work with Fridays from home and many perks including the opportunity to attend sales campaigns in NY, Milan and Paris.
The Role
Support with account management for the womenswear brands
First point of contact for client queries such as reorders, repairs, store locations, product search, etc.
Develop seasonal projections to forecast sales, markdowns, margin and turnover.
Assist with driving performance, re-orders, managing risk and liability, tracking shipping and selling etc.
Manage, track and ensure shipment of all orders.
Reporting and consistent analysis to empower client and brand decisions and strategies.
Conduct competitive analysis to maintain awareness of the marketplace and to influence strategy.
Monitor seasonal performance, commercial actions, and decision-making to increase sales performances in each market
Closely manage performance against budgets, and provide monthly progress reports
Organize and coordinate market appointments, trunk shows and promotional events
Manage and process all orders (purchase orders, sales orders, credits, debits) as well as the order book
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years in a fashion wholesale agency or brand
Flexible on international travel to NY, Milan and Paris
IT skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
