About the Role: We’re looking for a creative and proactive team member to support strategy, client servicing, and execution across digital, social, content, influencer, and experiential projects. This role is ideal for someone with 2–4 years of experience in a creative agency, digital marketing, media, or culture-focused environment who is excited about youth culture, storytelling, and brand-building.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams on campaigns, pitches, productions, partnerships, and experiences while helping ensure projects move smoothly from ideation to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Client & Project Coordination
- Support day-to-day client communication and campaign coordination
- Assist in managing timelines, deliverables, workflows, and project execution
- Coordinate with internal creative, production, content, and marketing teams
Strategy & Creative Support
- Contribute to brainstorms, campaign ideation, and culture-led marketing strategies
- Support the development of presentations, pitches, and partnership ideas
- Research youth culture trends, communities, and emerging digital conversations
Campaign & Production Support
- Assist in executing digital campaigns, influencer collaborations, shoots, events, and experiential projects
- Support production and delivery across social, editorial, video, photography, and on-ground formats
- Help track project budgets, billing coordination, and operational workflows
Business & Team Support
- Support new business opportunities and revenue-focused initiatives
- Assist senior leadership with reporting, tracking goals, and project planning
- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative startup environment
What We’re Looking For
- 2-4 years of experience in a creative agency, digital marketing, media, or related field
- Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills
- Interest in youth culture, music, fashion, art, design, internet culture, and storytelling
- Understanding of digital campaigns, influencer marketing, content, and social platforms
- Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, presentations, and basic budget/project tracking
- Strong creative instincts and aesthetic sensibility
- Agency background or relevant internship experience is preferred
