Responsibilities:(Responsibilities may expand or vary due to priorities.)

Manage wholesale accounts for new business that is sports-focused – working with Lid’s, Fanatics, etc.

-Responsible for managing and retaining current customer base. -Responsible for order entry and maintenance for all new and existing accounts in territory. -Responsible for monitoring and providing weekly report of wholesale inventory. -Responsible for coordinating with creative team to get needed assets, as well as building out directives for line sheets and product knowledge for key accounts. -Responsible for coordinating with production regarding arrival and availability of samples, and communicating with broader team regarding timelines.

Continue to strengthen relationships and grow business with current accounts.

Seek out and identify new business opportunities in non-saturated areas.

Develop and build relationships with new retailers to contribute to continued growth of wholesale revenue.

Order entry.

Including, but not limited to, creating customer profiles for new accounts, checking orders for accuracy once entered into the system, sending order confirmations, and handling all follow up as needed.

Support management of wholesale inventory.

Responsible for updating inventory accordingly in Joor to ensure inventory is accurate across all systems.

Support management of wholesale assets.

Responsible for maintaining and updating wholesale platforms as needed (Joor/NuOrder).

Support management of wholesale samples and merchandising of collections.

Responsible for keeping wholesale samples organized.

Support merchandising of collections in showroom and at trade shows.

Requirements:

Must have at least 3 years of wholesale international account management experience in a similar sales and/or account management role.

Must have existing relationships with key international retailers.

Must have strong (verbal and written) communication skills with a natural ability to build and maintain relationships.

Must have exceptional time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude.

Must have experience working with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.

Experience working with wholesale platforms, preferably Joor or NuOrder.

Must have experience working trade shows (preparation, booth set up and breakdown, selling).

Must have strong retail analysis and computer skills- Excel, Outlook, Word.

Proven track record of success.

Positive references.

Salary: $100,000 – $125,000
