Join our dynamic team at noon.com as an Account Manager for the Automotive Category in KSA. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for fostering and maintaining relationships with key partners, driving sales growth, and optimizing the performance of our Automotive Category in the Saudi Arabian market.
Develop and manage strategic relationships with key partners
Responsible for end-to-end selection & category growth
Manage inventory and content health
Ensure best in class customer experience through strong merchandising, content and knowledge of customer journey for the category
Actively look at the commercial KPIs and explore collaborative opportunities to maximize seller performance and efficiency
Competitive analysis and benchmarking
Weekly reporting and key updates to management on seller statuses
Become the main stakeholder in the performance of a portfolio of stores
Run root cause analyses to provide answers in the occasion of poor store performance
What you’ll need:
Experience in the on-demand services industry is preferred
Experience in the ecommerce industry is mandatory
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Proficiency in SQL
Strong problem solving, communication and team skills
Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
Entrepreneurial and go getter spirit
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in Automotive category preferred
