TheEvent and Brand Experiences Unitspecializes in the construction of multichannel projects that create long-lasting legacies across luxury brands, fashion shows, lifestyle, culture, and tech.
The roleTheAccount Manager – Luxury Events & Brand Experiencesis responsible for executing strategic growth and ongoing development of client relationships, focusing on identifying and developing new business opportunities within the Luxury Industry.
Working closely with various Unit departments, the Account Manager – Luxury ensures exemplary service quality, project profitability, and proper management. Beyond maintaining existing client relationships, this role actively seeks opportunities for business expansion.
Based at BWS Milans headquarters, this is a full-time, in-person position.
Main Responsibilities:Luxury Clients Relation and Management:
Build and maintain effective client relationships, enhancing future opportunities and ensuring high-level execution of Luxury Events
Event Management:
Lead Luxury Events as Project Leader
Manage the project team for optimal event execution across various project sizes
Ensure the creative development process aligns with client requests
Act as a liaison between internal and external teams & stakeholders
Conduct regular team meetings, manage communications, and ensure action points and deadlines are met
Support project and production teams in planning and execution, reconciling different parties
Lead strategic decisions related to the budget with the Operations Supervisor and Unit Management
New Business:
Promote BWS and its services
Qualify and validate leads, identify opportunities, and respond actively to client requests and new business
Liaise with relevant client departments
Create detailed account and strategic management plans for each client aligned with the Units business plan
Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience in Account Management/Project Management/Client Management within the Luxury Event industry
Project Management experience with a focus on Client leadership
Bachelors degree in Business Management, Project Management, Marketing, or a related field
High-level strategic thinking for Business Analysis and Client strategy aligned with Company goals
Excellent skills in team management, project leadership, strategy, workflow, and project goal achievements
Excellent communication skills for interpreting and negotiating briefs with clients
Fluency in oral and written communication (Italian and English)
Interpersonal, consultative, and facilitation skills
Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
Strong acumen and sensibility for the Event business
Passion for the Luxury Industry and a deep understanding of the target audience
International approach to project delivery and coordination with international teams
