Account Manager, Partnerships
NYON is looking for an Account Manager to own and grow our key partnerships while ensuring every collaboration is executed with excellence. This person will be the primary point of contact for our partners, managing relationships from initial conversations through product launch and beyond.
ResponsibilitiesPartner Relationship Management
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for all assigned partners.
- Build strong, long-term relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.
- Lead regular check-ins and status meetings with partners.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships and bring new ideas to the table.
Project Management
- Manage collaboration timelines from kickoff through launch.
- Coordinate internally with Design, Production, Marketing, E-commerce, Retail, Operations, and Logistics to ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Keep partners informed of milestones, approvals, and deliverables.
- Track action items and proactively resolve issues before they become roadblocks.
Business & Commercial Management
- Prepare partnership proposals, presentations, and recap materials.
- Track budgets, purchase orders, royalties, and financial deliverables with internal finance teams.
- Monitor partnership performance and identify opportunities for future growth.
- Support contract execution and maintain organized partnership documentation.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Coordinate communication across multiple internal departments.
- Ensure launches are executed seamlessly across wholesale, retail, e-commerce, and marketing.
- Anticipate challenges and create solutions before they impact timelines.
Qualifications
- 3–6+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, brand marketing, licensing, or project management.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with consumer brands, sports, entertainment, fashion, or licensing partners is highly preferred.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Highly proactive, resourceful, and relationship-oriented
