Accountant (staff account)
Location: Irvine, CA

Salary: $58,000–$65,000 per year (Based on experience)
About Us
We are a growing luxury retail company specializing in authentic designer handbags, fine jewelry, luxury watches, and premium accessories. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant to support our day-to-day accounting operations and grow with our company.
Responsibilities
* Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
* Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
* Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger
* Assist with month-end closing and financial reports
* Track inventory and reconcile inventory records
* Monitor sales transactions and expenses
* Assist with sales tax reporting and compliance
* Work with the company’s CPA for year-end tax preparation
* Maintain organized financial records and documentation
* Support management with basic financial reporting and budgeting
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
* 1–3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
* Experience with QuickBooks Online preferred
* Strong Microsoft Excel skills
* Detail-oriented and well organized
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
* Retail or inventory accounting experience is a plus
* Bilingual (English & Mandarin) is a plus
