Job Summary
Fully responsible for the name accounts receivable and payables All walks of work are to be completed in a timely and accurate manner through collaboration with F&A and other departments.
Role & Responsibilities
Account Receivable
– Tender and sales reconciliation
– Issue invoices to customers, inter-company, and wholesale partners
– Prepare sales report for landlords and handle customer’s refund
– Prepare accounting entries for sales and charges in ERP
– Handle inquiries from stores, retail teams
– Review and handle customer creation
Requirements
– Bachelor or Higher Diploma in Accounting
– Min. of 1 year relevant working experience. Handling multiple entities would be an advantage
– Experience in Retail / FMCG industry; luxury retail would be an advantage
– Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, knowledge in AX would be a plus
– Possess strong communication skills
– Excellent analytical and organization skills
– Fluent in Cantonese and English, good written skills in English
