A well-established Fashion & Sewing Academy is looking for a sales-driven and highly organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a creative environment, and has a strong passion for sales and client engagement.
What You’ll Do
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations
- Serve as the first point of contact for students and prospective clients
- Drive sales of in-person and online courses
- Oversee payroll and coordinate payments
- Follow up with leads and convert them into enrolled students
- Coordinate enrollments and maintain student records
- The role requires someone who is comfortable managing multiple tasks while ensuring accuracy, follow-through, and strong operational structure.
- This position works closely with the founder and team members to ensure that all documentation, systems, and operational processes are properly maintained.
- Support scheduling and class logistics
We’re Looking For Someone
- Extremely organized and detail oriented
- Proactive and reliable when managing responsibilities
- Comfortable working with technology platforms and digital systems
- 3+ years of experience in administrative support or similar roles
- 3+ years of sales experience (services preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Fully bilingual (English & Spanish)
- Excellent interpersonal and closing skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Calendar, Sheets, Docs) or Microsoft Office
