MGK Style is looking for a rockstar Administrative Assistant/Styling Assistant to support the Director of Operations and the CEO with day-to-day responsibilities and client appointments. This is an on-call role to support with project assignments varying week-to-week and may require travel. Please note that there are no guaranteed hours for this role. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter with a motivated attitude who is excited to work with a powerhouse team in the fashion industry!
ABOUT MGK STYLE:
Mary Gonsalves Kinney is a Celebrity Wardrobe Stylist, Creative Director and Editor of her company, MGK Style, based in San Francisco. Mary has been noted as the top stylist in the region and boasts a client list that is high profile, diverse and based almost entirely on referral. Her client list consists of some of the top executives in the country from Global 500 technological companies, producers and directors of film to actors, athletes, and high profile professionals in a wide variety of industries.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS:
Respond and communicate with Director of Operations and CEO daily as needed
Be “on-call” to handle any last minute needs presented by CEO or Director of Operations
Attend client appointments and assist with all prep & post appointment duties
Capture content at scheduled client appointments to share with our Director of Social Media for MGK social channels
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion
REQUIREMENTS:
Detail oriented and organized
Proficient in G Suite office tools and excel spreadsheets
Strong communication skills
Flexible hours and consistent availability
Able to travel when required
Strong business and social etiquette
Some administrative experience a plus, but not required
Fashion experience a plus, but not required
Based in San Francisco, East Bay or Peninsula (preferred)
Laptop and cell phone required for job assignments
