We are seeking a
dynamic

beauty sales manager to lead our sales team within the aesthetic industry. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of aesthetic products and services, and a
proven track record
in sales management. This role involves overseeing the sales team, developing, and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring the highest levels of
customer satisfaction
.
Job Description:
Lead, motivate, train and manage a team of consultants and therapists
Set and monitor
sales targets
, ensuring individual and team performance aligns with company goals.
Provide training and ongoing development to the sales team to enhance their
product knowledge
and
sales techniques
.
Identify new business opportunities, target markets and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the clinic’s aesthetic products and services
Recommend and promote appropriate aesthetic treatments to patients
Other duties assigned by the doctor as required.
Requirements
Min 3 years of working experience as a Beauty Sales Manager or similar role.
