Responsibilities:
- Provide professional skincare services including facials, chemical peels, waxing, extractions, and body treatments.
- Perform thorough skin analysis and client consultations to recommend appropriate treatments and home-care products.
- Educate clients on skincare routines and post-treatment care.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment room in compliance with state board and company standards.
- Accurately document client records, treatments, and product recommendations.
- Promote services, packages, and retail products to meet individual and team goals.
- Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and retention.
- Stay current with skincare trends, techniques, and continuing education.
- Work collaboratively with management and team members.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
Qualifications:
- Current state license in Esthetics.
- Previous experience preferred (new graduates welcome).
- Knowledge of skincare treatments and professional product lines.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work a full-time schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Sales experience and goal-oriented mindset a plus.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
