Role Overview
This role is ideal for an aesthetician who takes pride in delivering bespoke treatments and exceptional client care. You’ll be working with advanced technologies and premium skincare brands, supporting clients on their journey to achieving visible, lasting results.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out a range of non-surgical treatments including microneedling, peels, laser therapies, and advanced facials
Provide in-depth consultations and create individualised treatment plans
Offer clear aftercare advice and product recommendations to support client outcomes
Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism are maintained
Stay current with aesthetic innovations, trends, and treatment protocols
Build and manage strong relationships with clients, creating a warm and trustworthy environment
Candidate Profile
Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or higher in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent)
Experienced in delivering clinical-grade aesthetic treatments
Knowledgeable in luxury skincare ranges and modern aesthetic devices
Confident communicator with a patient-focused approach
Able to manage their own schedule while working well within a team
