Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultations: Conduct thorough skin analyses and consultations to determine appropriate treatments and skincare regimens. Explain procedures and products to clients, addressing their concerns and expectations. Skincare Treatments: Perform facial treatments, including deep cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, and mask applications. Provide advanced treatments such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, and microneedling (if certified). Administer body treatments, including exfoliation and wraps. Aesthetic Services: Offer waxing, threading, or other hair removal services.
Perform eyebrow shaping, tinting, and lash extensions (if applicable). Apply makeup for events or daily wear, if required by clients.
Equipment Operation
: Operate and maintain skincare devices such as laser machines, LED therapy equipment, and ultrasonic devices. Ensure proper sanitization and upkeep of
tools and equipment
after each use.
Product Knowledge
and Sales: Recommend skincare products and regimens to clients based on their needs.
Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in skincare products and technologies. Promote and upsell clinic services and retail products to meet
sales targets
. Compliance and Safety: Adhere to all clinic protocols, including hygiene, sanitation, and infection control standards. Maintain client records with detailed treatment history and progress notes. Ensure compliance with local licensing and safety regulations. Team
Collaboration:
Work closely with dermatologists, other aestheticians, and clinic staff to provide comprehensive care. Participate in team training sessions and workshops to stay updated on new techniques and treatments.
