We are seeking an uncompromising Managing Partner / Co-Operator to co-launch, own, and lead the market deployment and creative divisions of the agency.
This is a rare, ground-up partnership opportunity featuring an unprecedented 50/50 net profit split. To ensure absolute alignment of long-term vision and true “skin in the game,” an equity capital buy-in is strongly preferred for the ideal candidate. This role is built for a strategic executioner who values discretion, operates at founder speed, and prefers a direct hand on the work.
Key ResponsibilitiesHigh-Velocity Operations & Early-Stage Execution
- Execute at Founder Speed: Direct day-to-day agency workflows, ensuring elite-tier campaigns ship with extreme velocity.
- Build and Manage Verticals: Oversee strategic deployment across Venture & Logic (pitch decks, corporate narratives) and Style & Talent (editorial creative direction, premium asset production).
- Maintain the House Standard: Ensure all outputs prioritize business thesis and rigorous strategy before creative assets are finalized.
Elite Client Management & Discretion
- Guard Client Privacy: Enforce absolute discretion regarding all client identities, private portfolios, and business outcomes.
- Lead Executive Strategy Sessions: Anchor 85-minute unfiltered business dissections for prospective corporate clients and founders.
- Curate the Audacity Registry: Oversee the vetting and relationship management process for our elite, invitation-only member collective.
Financial & Ecosystem Management
- P&L Management: Build out early-stage agency infrastructure and manage margins directly to maximize the co-shared 50/50 profit pool.
- Partnership Curation: Manage networks tied to elite travel platforms, Virtuoso alliances, luxury real estate brokerages, and corporate venture circles.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 7+ years of elite operational leadership inside a boutique luxury agency, venture builder, or premium lifestyle management group.
- Capital & Commitment: Strong preference for a partner capable of executing an equity buy-in to secure direct partnership alignment and early-stage capital foundation.
- Mindset: A strict “strategy first” operator who balances high-fashion aesthetics with institutional business logic.
- Discretion: A flawless track record of handling highly confidential data for private offices, founders, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
- Industry Fluency: Familiarity across multiple luxury touchpoints, specifically brand design, venture capital storytelling, elite travel networks, or premium real estate.
