Job Description:
We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Agent, Womens Board to join our dynamic team at the Los Angeles office. As an Agent with Roberto, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing, and managing the careers of Roberto models, guiding them towards achieving their full potential and securing lucrative opportunities in the fashion and entertainment industry.
Responsibilities:
Take ownership of the full cycle of booking and scouting, utilizing various channels including social media, modeling events, castings, co-agency, brands, and referrals.
Develop and maintain relationships with models, clients, photographers, and other industry professionals.
Negotiate contracts and bookings for models, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
Coordinate and oversee model bookings, including brand deals, photoshoots, runway shows, and promotional events..
Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for talent placement.
Requirements:
Proven experience on a Women’s Board as an Agent or similar role
Strong network of contacts within the fashion and entertainment industry, particularly in Los Angeles.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
