Role Overview
Be the face of a premium airport boutique—owning the full client journey from first greeting to after-sales support. You’ll deliver polished, consistent service, convert high-intent travellers, and build repeat business through strong client relationship management—while keeping daily operations tight and brand standards immaculate.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance by delivering confident product storytelling, effective needs discovery, and strong closing skills in a fast-paced travel retail environment.
- Deliver exceptional service standards that reflect a premium brand experience—every client, every interaction, every time.
- Build client relationships through proactive outreach and follow-ups (clienteling), capture client preferences, and maintain engagement post-visit.
- Own day-to-day boutique operations, including opening/closing duties, product handling, visual standards, and general store readiness.
- Manage client enquiries and concerns with professionalism, urgency, and ownership—ensuring smooth resolutions and positive outcomes.
- Support activations and campaigns, including launches, promotions, and store events, to drive traffic and conversion.
- Share client insights (buying trends, feedback, competitor observations) with store leadership to strengthen commercial decisions.
- Work as one team—supporting colleagues, contributing to a positive floor culture, and handling ad-hoc duties as needed
Requirements & Capabilities
- Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury / premium fashion retail or a similar high-touch client-facing sales role.
- Strong sales instincts and service mindset—you enjoy engaging clients and hitting targets without being pushy.
- Genuine interest in quality products, craftsmanship, and style.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage (useful for international travellers).
- Polished communication, positive attitude, and strong teamwork.
- Comfortable with basic retail systems (POS, stock checks, client records) and day-to-day operational tasks.
