Drives excellence in store environment, product presentation, & team presentation across their Boutique

Partners with marketing & VM and puts forward recommendations to deliver on Maison strategy

Stays up to date with ALAIA’s positioning in the marketplace, shares insights & proposes appropriate actions across their Boutique

LEAD BUSINESS & OPERATIONS

Acts as a conduit between head office & retail & cascades communications in an effective and timely manner

Plans & conducts regular & purposeful store visits

Considers the environment, local community & commercial outcomes in all business decisions

Optimize inventory management, proactively seizes opportunities & mitigates risk

Upholds compliance & integrates into workflow for self & team

Negotiate with the person in charge of the department store, fashion building, or mall in question regarding participation in various events, publication in department store media, and improvement in terms and conditions such as multiplier rates, etc.

EMBED CLIENT CENTRIC FOCUS

Prioritizes the client in decision making

Drives optimal productivity & client outcomes through diligent management of Boutique scheduling

Partners with Training & Performance to grow team capability in line with Boutique & business goals

Holds self & others accountable to consistently deliver positive client experience

Analyses client feedback & insights through a client lens, taking action to enhance client experience across Boutique

DRIVE BOUTIQUE PERFORMANCE

Delivers on boutique goals & targets

Integrates observation, review & analysis of Boutique & team performance into daily workflow

Leads proactive development of self & team through training, coaching & feedback

Collaborate with HR to conduct interviews and other activities to recruit store personnel and contribute to recruiting activities.

Promptly engages in performance recovery

Set annual goals for boutique personnel and conduct evaluations based on the evaluation system.

【Required Experience And Skills】

Experience in multi-site management

Accomplished at team building, motivation and development

Ability to not only be familiar with various KPIs, but also to understand the background of the numerical values and to develop specific measures and action plans based on them

Strategic Thinking: Able to logically construct the order of tasks, etc., and work in an efficient and effective manner

Track record of strong relationship management and collaboration

Ability to coach and provide feedback on performance

Demonstrated ability to lead discussions that center on performance improvement

Ability to problem solve and make decisions within business boundaries

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent commercial acumen
