该职位来源于猎聘 POSITION SUMMARY Partner with planning and retail buying to manage retail store allocation. Support store target achievement through assortment and inventory management maximizing sales, sell through, margin and inventory turn. KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make sure new launch flow on-time and accurate assortment needs, monitor productivity of inventory according to sales, gross margin, and turnover goals for each store
- Responsible for overall inventory levels for each store; managing the number of options and total store capacity supporting seasonal campaign and day-to-day store operation needs. Must maintain balance by gender/category according to plan or sales trends down to SKU level; including new and carry over styles
- Ability to analyze sales to stock ratios to ensure proper distribution and replenishment of product
- Manage weekly replenishment and consolidation activities for both regular full price and outlet stores
- Responsible for the management and tracking of key assortment and heavy volume styles, including tracking sell-through by store, store inventory levels, DC inventory, and future forecast.
- Collaborate with supply chain operation partners to drive product deliveries on time and monitor transportation lead-time for each region/store
- Communicate with store management team regarding product flow and delivery dates
- Collaborate with retail buyer, visual merchandising, and retail marketing team to ensure best in class retail presentation at the store
- Collaborate with logistics for peak promotion gate
Job Requirements And Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years of retail planning and allocation experience in sports, fast fashion, or street fashion industry
- Good at communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical skill and details driven, proficiency in Excel, analytical skill in system SAP/POS and Powe BI will be a plus
- Work effectively under pressure
- Good command of English in reading, writing, and speaking
