Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Amazon E-commerce Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on optimizing our Amazon Marketplace presence while providing support for Shopify product listings and promotional activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, excellent organizational skills, and a results-driven mindset.
Primary Responsibilities: Amazon Management
1. Amazon Marketplace Management
Manage and update product listings on Amazon, ensuring accuracy, policy compliance, and SEO optimization.
Regularly monitor product visibility, sales, and conversion rates, implementing strategies to drive growth.
Handle customer reviews and feedback, maintaining a high seller rating and delivering a positive customer experience.
2. Order Processing & Fulfillment
Troubleshoot fulfillment and shipping issues, collaborating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies promptly.
Review Amazon-specific metrics to identify necessary updates or performance improvements.
3. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track and analyze key metrics, including sales ranks, promotion outcomes, and best sellers.
Generate performance reports to evaluate growth and identify improvement opportunities.
Monitor compliance with Amazon policies to avoid penalties or suspensions.
4. Promotions & Campaign Management
Plan and execute promotional campaigns and discounts on Amazon in collaboration with management.
Adjust promotional strategies based on performance insights and customer feedback.
Secondary Responsibilities: Shopify Product Listings
1. Product Listing Management
Update and maintain Shopify product listings, ensuring consistency in product descriptions, images, and pricing.
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date.
2. Promotions & Campaign Support
Assist the marketing team in executing promotional activities on Shopify.
Qualifications
Proven experience managing e-commerce platforms, particularly Amazon and Shopify.
Strong knowledge of e-commerce optimization strategies.
Proficiency in data analysis, performance tracking, and reporting.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
