Duties
Provide professional hair cutting, coloring, and styling services tailored to individual client needs.
Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in hair styling and beauty.
Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles or treatments.
Perform additional services such as eyelash extensions, hair extensions, and makeup application as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon workspace.
Utilize MINDBODY software for appointment scheduling and client management.
Engage in retail sales by recommending products that enhance clients’ hair care routines.
Mentor junior stylists or trainees to foster their skills and professional growth.
Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Skills
Strong knowledge of color theory and application techniques.
Proficiency in various hair cutting and styling techniques.
Experience with eyelash extensions and hair extensions is preferred.
Ability to upsell products and services effectively.
Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients.
Experience in store management is a plus.
A passion for mentoring others in the beauty industry.
Familiarity with retail sales practices.
