Job Overview
Angel Fashion is looking for a friendly, stylish, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team!
As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of Angel Fashion — welcoming customers, helping them find the perfect outfit, providing styling recommendations, and creating an enjoyable shopping experience. The ideal candidate has a passion for fashion, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to build relationships with customers while driving sales.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service
- Help customers select clothing, accessories, and complete outfits
- Provide styling advice based on each customer’s preferences and needs
- Stay knowledgeable about current merchandise, new arrivals, and promotions
- Build relationships with customers and encourage repeat business
- Upsell and recommend complementary items when appropriate
- Operate the POS system and cash register accurately
- Process purchases, returns, and exchanges
- Handle cash and maintain an accurate cash drawer
- Keep the sales floor, fitting rooms, and displays clean and organized
- Restock merchandise and assist with inventory counts
- Help create attractive and appealing merchandise displays
- Answer customer phone calls and online inquiries professionally
- Assist with opening and closing duties when needed
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous retail, fashion, or sales experience is preferred
- Passion for fashion and a strong sense of style
- Friendly, outgoing, and confident personality
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Comfortable approaching customers and starting conversations
- Strong sales and upselling abilities
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Comfortable operating a POS system and handling cash
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Previous experience with inventory or merchandising is a plus

Pay: $15-$20
Schedule: Part-Time
