Anthropologie is searching for a Merchandise Planner to maximize sales by developing sound merchandise plans that support Company goals for sales, turn and margin.

Role Responsibilities

OTB Management

Sales/Markdowns/Receipts/IMU/Gross Margin Forecasting based on current sales trend using TXT Planning

Attribute Planning

Summarize weekly, monthly, quarterly performance vs plan at class & attribute levels & propose action points

Style Count Productivity Analysis

Establish & maintain style count plans by channel & store cluster

Support buying and production team with system and views needed

Seasonal hindsights analysis to help support future buy plans

Supporting buying with attribute, sizing & price point analysis to help build the new assortment

Investment Review financial recaps

Markdown & Promo forecasting, management, and execution

Role Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a Planning or Allocation Analysis role

Some experience in buying or store management is a plus

Expert command of retail math concepts and applications

Strong statistical analysis skills

Strong communication skills

Excellent organizational, prioritizing and problem-solving skills

Ability to work well within a team environment

Technical skill proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel

Bachelor’s in Finance or Business related degree preferred
