Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Assisatant/Associate Coordinator to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility
Responsibilities:
– Communicate daily with all vendors/agents regarding the status of samples and bulk deliveries.
– Work with Production Manager to follow up the order
– Issuing and updating all purchase orders within AMT
– Update order sheet and WIP
– Organize / track all order details (L/D, trims, fabric, samples) within excel chart to retain updated detail status.
– Prepare packages to go overseas and buyers.
– Make swatch card & Bulk color card
– Prepare a meeting for submission review.
– Review all label layouts for approval.
– Understanding of planning on production environment.
– Perfect communication and computer skills.
– Collaborate with the related departments.
– Keep a constant flow of communication with factories and team members.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s Degree in fashion design, merchandising, apparel production or equivalent industry experience
– Over 2 years of production experience in the apparel.
– Must be proficient in MS office, Photo shop, Illustrator. Especially excel must be expert level.
– Excellent communication, organizational and follow-up skills.
– Knowledge of production/manufacturing processes and capabilities
– Strong written & verbal communication skills.
– Ability to work with multiple teams.
– Self-motivated and self-directed with continuous desire to learn and grow.
– Excellent communication, organizational skill, attention to detail and follow-up skills
– Fluent in English
– Must have responsibility of work and following directions.
– Must be legally eligible to work in U.S.A
Note:
Schedule: 8 hour shift (8am to 5pm)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
