Apparel Production Manager
Ealytex Global Inc. is an apparel manufacturing and importing company. We are looking for an Apparel Assistant Production Manager/Assistant Production Manager to join our fast-growing business.
Apparel Assistant Production Manager will have the following responsibilities:
Product Development
· Able to analyze fashion trend and recommend fabric collections to customers
· Forsee potential quality issue during development stage to avoid production issues.
Costing
· Manage seasonable cost sheets, seeking ways to hit target from customers while maintaining our margin goal.
· Partner with customers and our internal team for cost saving options
· Analyze costing data and maintaining costing histories and continue to look for strategies to improve the margin
Production Management
· Responsible for entire production life cycle from product development to production and ensure delivery on track.
· Monitor WIP, identify risks, communicate with oversea office and customers to resolve the potential issue.
· Follow up factory compliance status with factories and customers.
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $60,000-$75,000 a year
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Apparel)
Experience:
· 2-5+ years of work experience in garment industry
· Have proficient knowledge in garment construction, knit / woven fabric contents/socks and construction.
· Have experience in managing product development/costing/production
· Have strong analytic skills
· Manage customer account independently.
