Duties:
– Assist customers in finding the perfect apparel items based on their preferences and needs
– Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering product recommendations, and resolving any issues or concerns
– Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and arranging merchandise displays
– Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system
– Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and product knowledge to effectively assist customers
– Perform inventory management tasks such as receiving, unpacking, and organizing merchandise shipments
– Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for customers
Qualifications:
– Previous retail sales experience is preferred
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating discounts or promotions
– Technical sales experience is a plus, including product demos or technology sales
– Bilingual or multilingual abilities are an asset for serving diverse customer populations
– Ability to upsell products and provide personalized recommendations to customers
– Familiarity with retail math concepts such as calculating discounts, markups, and profit margins
