Overview: We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Apparel Associate. As an Apparel Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their apparel needs, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and maintaining the organization of the store. Responsibilities: – Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner – Assist customers in finding the right apparel items and sizes – Stock and replenish merchandise on the sales floor – Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store – Communicate effectively with customers to understand their preferences and needs – Utilize technical sales knowledge to provide product information and recommendations – Upsell additional products or accessories to enhance customer satisfaction – Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system – Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals Skills: – Strong sales skills with the ability to effectively sell products – Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written – Organizational skills to maintain inventory and keep the store tidy – Ability to speak English fluently; Spanish language skills are a plus – Knowledge of jewelry sales is desirable but not required We offer competitive pay rates and provide training to ensure your success in this role.
