We’re Hiring: Apparel Design, Quality & Marketing Coordinator
Park Avenue Wholesale / Buffalo Outdoors is seeking a creative, detail-oriented professional to join our growing team as an Apparel Design, Quality & Marketing Coordinator.
This role combines apparel graphic design, quality assurance, and marketing into one dynamic position. We’re looking for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited to learn and utilize AI tools to improve creativity and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Apparel Design
- Create apparel graphics and product artwork
- Prepare production-ready files
- Develop product mockups and presentations
- Support licensed product development
Quality Assurance
- Review samples and pre-production approvals
- Verify artwork placement, colors, and product specifications
- Communicate corrections with vendors and internal teams
- Help maintain quality standards across all product lines
Marketing
- Create social media content and promotional materials
- Assist with email marketing campaigns
- Update website content and product listings
- Support trade shows, product launches, and brand initiatives
- Utilize AI tools for content creation, marketing, and workflow improvements
Qualifications
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Marketing and social media experience preferred
- Apparel, promotional products, or licensed merchandise experience is a plus
- Interest in AI and emerging marketing technologies
Compensation
Salary Range: $55,000 – $75,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
