Main Responsibilities:
Acts as the point person between HQ and customers, direct communication, and follow-up with customers.
Shop and perform research for all categories (women’s/men’s/kids/baby/active/sleep) on a regular basis and as needed.
Provide perspective on competitive analysis.
Create inspirational/trend reports for presentations.
Collaborate with HQ R&D and sales team as required.
Tracking and sending samples to HQ and customers.
Prepare and attend meetings with customers.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in design or equivalent experience
7+ years of product design/development experience
Superior organizational skills and excellent communication skills
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines; highly detail-oriented and creative.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe products.
Experience:
Senior level: 7+ years of product design/development experience
