Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to establish new relationships with Apparel Retailers
- Engage with customers through face-to-face interactions if needed, providing product information and tailored solutions by communicating with Production Team
- Utilize strong communication skills to establish and expand client pool
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services to maximize sales potential
- Create and Manage line sheets to ensure product displays are attractive, organized, and aligned with clients’ standards
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and delivery schedules
- Demonstrate excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
Experience
- Apparel Company Sales experience is a must
- Proven experience in Apparel Company sales or customer service roles; existing client pool is a plus
- Strong math skills for pricing calculations, inventory management, and sales analysis
- Familiarity with clients’ requirements and execute
- Experience in upselling techniques that enhance customer satisfaction while increasing sales volume
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse audiences
