Responsibilities:
– Assist customers in finding and selecting apparel items
– Provide product knowledge and styling advice to customers
– Process transactions accurately using the point of sale system
– Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
– Restock merchandise and ensure proper presentation
– Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
– Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends
Skills:
– Basic math skills for handling transactions
– Experience in electronics, appliance, or technology sales is a plus
– Multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous
– Knowledge of jewelry sales is beneficial
– Proficiency in stocking merchandise effectively
– Excellent phone etiquette for customer interactions
– Ability to upsell and cross-sell products
