### Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Apparel Team Lead to join our team. As an Apparel Team Lead , you will be responsible for assisting with the management and organization of our apparel department. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
### Responsibilities:
– Assist with the merchandising and display of apparel products
– Ensure that all apparel items are properly stocked and organized
– Collaborate with the team to create visually appealing displays and planograms
– Use Adobe Illustrator to create designs for promotional materials
– Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their apparel needs
– Supervise and train new team members on apparel department procedures
– Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the apparel department
– Assist with administrative tasks such as inventory management and stock replenishment
### Requirements:
– Previous experience in apparel merchandising or retail is preferred
– Proficiency in using POS systems for sales transactions
– Familiarity with planograms and schematics for visual merchandising
– Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator for creating promotional materials is a plus
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
– Excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate stock management
– Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
– Basic understanding of interior design principles for creating appealing displays
