Dee Elly is a growing women’s apparel company seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Assistant. No apparel experience is required. We are willing to train the right person.

We work with major retailers including Nordstrom, Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie, Lulus, and boutiques nationwide.

What You’ll Do
- Assist with tracking styles, samples, and production updates
- Help request and update garment costing with vendors
- Maintain spreadsheets and trackers (cost sheets, sample logs, production status)
- Communicate with design and sales teams to keep information updated
- Upload product details, photos, and organize files
- Help coordinate sample shipments and returns
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working on a computer (Excel / Google Sheets required)
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
- Quick learner who takes initiative
- Strong communication skills
- Interested in apparel, production, or fashion
Preferred (but not required)
- Internship or entry-level experience in fashion, production, or admin
- Experience working with spreadsheets or data tracking
- Familiarity with apparel or product-based businesses

Compensation
Hourly rate based on experience, with opportunity for growth as skills develop. No benefits.
Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour
