K.O. Clothing is a fast growing apparel company based in Los Angeles. We are a tight Street Wear team working in fashion and are looking for a sharp, detail oriented Production Associate who has the experience or eager to learn and grow within the apparel industry. The position manages the workflow between design and final approval, ensuring garment quality, tracking T&A (Time and Action) calendars, and maintaining sample and email records. They liaise with factories and vendors for sample approvals and shipping, often utilizing systems like monitor production schedules, and WIP (Work in Process) reports.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants hands on experience in production, garment costing, and product development. We are willing to train the right person — what matters most is work ethic, organization, and the ability to learn quickly.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with tracking styles, samples, and production updates
- Help, request and update with vendors
- Maintain spreadsheets and trackers (cost sheets, sample logs, production status)
- Communicate with design and sales teams to keep information updated
- Upload product details, photos, and organize files
- Help coordinate sample shipments and returns
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working on a computer (Excel / Google Sheets required)
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
- Quick learner who takes initiative
- Strong communication skills
- Interested in apparel, production, or fashion
- basic knowledge in Adobe such as Illustrator and Photoshop.
Preferred (but not required)
- Internship or entry-level experience in fashion, production, or admin
- Experience working with spreadsheets or data tracking
- Familiarity with apparel or product-based businesses

Pay: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour
