Production Coordinator
Divine Apparel specializes in manufacturing and distributing woman’s apparel for occasional wear. We are currently seeking a Production Coordinator to join our growing team.
The position will be based out of our New York City , NY location.
Job Description:
- Liason to our factory’s overseas ( China). All communications for production through you.
- Follow up on delivery for bulk production, fit and TOP samples.
- Update information from factory’s into our WIN fashion soft-wear.
- Place cutting tickets and confirm delivery’s.
- Maintain accurate WIP.
- Coordinate 3rd party inspections overseas.
- Confirm shipment schedule and costing with forwarder(s).
- Give notice to warehouses of pending shipments.
- Work closely with the Sales team to ensure all delivery dates are accurate in our system and delivered by cancel date.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Must be able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Microsoft Office
- Must be able to communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively with others.
- Must have a positive attitude, great work ethic, and strong problem solving skills.
- Occasional overtime as needed.
- Any experience in Browzewear is a plus
