Job Summary
Leading denim trend company is looking for a professional, independent, and self-motivated Production Coordinator and Fit Technician to work with designers for sample development, to coordinate with China team for sample production progress, and mange and track all orders production from beginning to finish. This position requires strong communications and ability to work with various department to make sure timely and efficient production process. You will play a pivotal role in conducting fit sessions, analyzing garment construction, and providing technical feedback to optimize fit, comfort, and style.
Duties
– Work closely with China team to ensure development and production samples delivered correctly and timely
– Conduct a fit and identify potential production, quality, and design issues
– Communicate regularly with designers to ensure accurate fit
– Collaborate with design teams to illustrate and develop technical designs
– Track and manage fit sample approvals
– Coordinate and follow up daily with China factory team for sample progress
– Manage and track all orders production progress with China
– Work closely with buyers and China team on shipping schedule
– Monitor timing of product shipment
– Update weekly purchase orders and shipping report
– Help with organizing showroom and samples
– Perform other general duties/reports as assigned
Requirements
– Must have 4 years’ Apparel and product experience required, denim experience preferred
– Strong garment construction and technical knowledge of production
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented
– Self-directed, proactive, and independent
– Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Word and Excel), Outlook, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Creative Suite
– Fluent in English and Chinese (or Cantonese)
– Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by production tasks.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
