The Production Coordinator will support the company’s Private Label team throughout the product development and sales process, from trend research to finalizing buyer’s collections. This person will be pivotal in ensuring customer’s needs and demands are ordered and presented accurately and timely.
Responsibilities:
- Data Entry (Airtable, Google Sheets & Slides)
- Vendor Communication (Costing, MOQ, Lead Times, Developments, etc.)
- Customer Communication (Purchase Orders, New Developments & Additional Inquiries)
- Create Tech Packs (Excel)
- Sample Tracking & Organization (Style Outs, Fittings, Sales & PD Team Needs)
- Swatch Tracking, Organization and Comments
- Trend, Fabric & Color Research
- Assist PD Manager with projects including but not limited to presentations, data reports, scheduling, new project launches
Requirements:
- Ideal candidate is detail oriented, has a positive attitude and maintains an adaptable, creative mindset to new projects. Comfortable working independently and proactively. Collaborates well with teammates, clientele and vendors.
- Candidate must be knowledgeable in fabric types, dye and wash techniques and have a proficient understanding of garment construction.
- Degree in Fashion
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 – $32.00 per hour
