Apparel Production Coordinator Jobs in Los Angeles, CA at Hope Era
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full production lifecycle from development to final delivery Coordinate with overseas factories on sampling, fit approvals, production timelines, and quality standards Track and manage critical path calendars to ensure all milestones and deadlines are met Review and approve lab dips, strike-offs, fabric headers, and pre-production samples Conduct quality control checks and resolve production issues proactively Communicate production updates, issues, and delivery timelines clearly across teams and with clients Ensure all products meet customer compliance, testing, and labeling requirements
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in a import production coordination role within the apparel industry Strong knowledge of textiles, fabric composition, and garment construction Experience working with high-volume retailers such as Tilly’s, Hot Topic, Ross, and Fashion Nova Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Highly organized, adaptable, and thrives under pressure in a fast-moving environment A team player with a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering great product If you’re a driven, solutions-oriented professional who thinks outside the box and has a special talent for apparel production, we’d love to hear from you.
