About The Role
We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Production Project Manager to help run day-to-day production operations across our Austin facility.
This role is part production coordinator, part daily operations manager, and part client-facing project owner.
You’ll oversee orders from handoff through production and delivery – coordinating timelines, vendors, production schedules, approvals, quality control, and communication between sales, design, sourcing, and production teams.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving problems, and wants to help build a modern production operation from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Manage production timelines from quote approval through delivery
- Coordinate screen printing, embroidery, sourcing, fulfillment, and bespoke production workflows
- Build and maintain production schedules
- Track deadlines, approvals, and vendor timelines
- Communicate with internal teams and clients regarding production status
- Ensure quality control standards are maintained across all projects
- Help improve SOPs, systems, and operational processes
- Coordinate incoming inventory, materials, and production assets
- Troubleshoot production issues and help resolve delays quickly
- Work closely with leadership to improve factory efficiency and throughput
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years experience in production coordination, project management, operations, apparel production, print production, or similar
- Extremely organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with apparel, merchandise, print, embroidery, or manufacturing is a major plus
- Familiarity with tools like Monday, Printavo, Airtable, or similar systems is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup/factory environment

Pay: $70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
