We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Apparel Associate to join our team. As an Apparel Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of our apparel department.

– Assist customers in finding and selecting apparel items
– Provide personalized recommendations based on customer preferences and needs
– Process customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
– Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer
– Maintain a clean and organized apparel department
– Receive and unpack merchandise shipments
– Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed
– Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
– Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed
– Follow company policies and procedures for loss prevention
