As part of the finance team in a significant area EMEA, you will be a key component of both financial and business communication. The ideal candidate should not only provide trustworthy information but also be able to articulate his own vision. We are expecting the candidate to be able to evolve internally to capture country realities.
Given the complexity of the scope (Subsidiaries, Joint-Ventures and Partners), the candidate will be the point of reference on finance matters in the various multi-disciplinary projects: finance closing and forecasts, demand planning, merchandising, and pricing. We expect the candidate to have demonstrated a strong sense of diligence and adapting communication skills in his/her previous experiences.

Work in a multicultural team and be exposed to different business model and key functions finance-supply-merchandising-planning-commercial function which will make you understand the full activity into the distribution entity of the group.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitoring and Reporting
Consolidate and coordinate area financial closing in a timely manner
Ensure financial data reliability and accuracy
Prepare budget, business review and ad-hoc templates presentation
Contribute to continuous improvement of our regional reportings
Monitor the revenues and KPIS and alert on variances
Dedicated regional scope
Be responsible for revenue (weekly trends communication and reliability)
Follow-up on footprint evolution by channel at country level
Follow-up on investment projects for stores opening and refit projects
Provide analysis by point of sales (B2C) and by Key Account (B2B) performance and KPIS evolution that enables business decision
Analyse business performance and key drivers of variances and be proactive to share your conclusions and propositions
Support ad-hoc analysis and templates when necessary
Be a Business Partner
Perform ah-hoc analysis and simulations based on key drivers
Support commercial team in running their day-to-day operations
Drive process improvement and project as identified
The candidate shall have an interest in the fashion industry, product, figures and have a strong sense of analysis. You are recognized for your rigor, your team spirit, and your ability to thrive in a fast-paced industry.
Education:
Bac+5 (Master 2) University/Business School specializing in Finance
Analytically minded and strong organization skills with attention to detail
Able to grasp and retain new concepts quickly
Flexible and adaptable to fast-paced game business
Strong computer skills, experience with Excel, PowerPoint and Hyperion tools is a plus
Excellent communication skills with excellent customer service and «can do» mindset
Autonomous and love taking initiatives
Fluent in English & French
