Job Responsibilities:
Drive sales performance and ensure consistent achievement of business targets
Oversee and manage the overall operations of Hidesign retail stores
Deliver a superior and engaging customer shopping experience aligned with Hidesign brand values
Monitor store performance through regular reviews, analysis, and reporting
Ensure effective visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines
Lead, motivate, and train store teams to enhance productivity and service standards
Conduct stock audits and maintain inventory accuracy
Ensure optimal stock availability through effective analysis, planning, and coordination
Prepare and submit regular operational and sales reports
Uphold company policies, processes, and operational excellence across stores
